The last of E3 2021 is here with the Nintendo Direct and Nintendo Treehouse being the final few major events of the show. Many of the games shown at the event have already been showcased at earlier conferences, but there were a few new announcements. Before we get any further, if you were expecting Nintendo to announce the long-rumored New Nintendo Switch, you will be disappointed to know that no hardware was showcased. Furthermore, other than a passing statement, there is no update on Metroid Prime 4 which was announced a little over four years ago now. Here is everything announced at Nintendo Direct:

As always, you can click the titles for most of the games listed above to watch the trailer. But with the general information out of the way, it’s time to go into a bit more detail about what was said during the Nintendo Direct.

Kazuya from Tekken is coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. A more in-depth look at Kazuya kicking butt will be coming on June 28.

To celebrate its 20th anniversary, many of the Super Monkey Ball games will be getting remastered in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania.

Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin has a demo out on June 25 and everything completed in the demo will transfer to the full game when you get it after it launches on July 9.

The new Shin Megami Tensei V will feature a plethora of demons in the post-apocalyptic world, another Tokyo, that you can add to your team and fuse together to create new demons as you

Another game is celebrating an anniversary, but this one is for 10 years. Danganronpa will be getting the release of Daganronpa: Decadance which features 4 of the games, and you can buy each of the games separately as well.

There will also be a new DLC for Hyrule Warriors. Wave 1: Pule of the Ancients will be coming to Switch this month and Wave 2: Guardian of Remembrance will be coming in November. Both will be $20 and feature loads of new challenges, characters, and more.

They also announced a Game & Watch The Legend of Zelda device that will allow you to play 3 classic Legend of Zelda games and the pick-up and play game Vermin with a Link skin. This device will be coming on November 12.

The final segment of the show was one many Zelda fans have been waiting for; we got a look at Breath of the Wild 2 gameplay. You’ll be able to take to the skies in the world of Hyrule in (hopefully) 2022, though that is a loose release window.
