Debut Game from Odd Meter Sets May Release Date

Comments Off on Debut Game from Odd Meter Sets May Release Date

With The Thaumaturge releasing earlier this month to positive reception, The Alters and Frostpunk 2 both eyeing a 2024 release date, and now with INDIKA locking in a May release date, 11 bit studios have been busy as both a developer and publisher.

For INDIKA, the team is backing developer Odd Meter on their debut game, a narrative-driven adventure set in a parallel 19th-century Russia. The game aims to combine third-person environmental puzzles with the subversive elements of an art-house film to ask thought-provoking questions.

INDIKA will be released in 6 weeks, on May 8, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Part of the revenue generated by the game will be donated to aid children affected by the war in Ukraine. INDIKA is certainly high on my anticipated list for the year. You can watch the release date trailer below.
