Survival Action RPG Enshrouded Has Awakened in Early Access

Enshrouded, from developers Keen Games (Portal Knight) , was originally announced back in May 2023 and today has launched into Early Access on Steam. Enshrouded has the structure of a roleplay game alongside building and crafting options in an editable voxel world that players must try to survive in. The Early Access game provides hours of adventure, with plenty of freedom for players to craft the narrative to a world of your own creation.

Players, also known as Flameborn, are the last hope for an ancient race. As a Flameborn, you will hunt, forage, and craft in order to earn your evolution and be able to explore and rebuild the Kingdom which has fallen to the Shroud, a fog that corrupts everything it touches. There will be many creatures, called The Fell, and other wild animals that will attack you as you explore.

While you can play alone, the developers made the game with co-op on their minds for the best experience. So call up your friends to join you in the up to 16-player co-op. There are also unlockable NPCs called Survivors at will stay at your home base to provide helpful supplies and recipes.
