Stealth Heist Game Thick as Thieves Pricing and Future Plans Revealed

From Warren Spector (Studio Director for Deus Ex and Thief: Deadly Shadows) and Paul Neurath (Exec Producer of Thief: The Dark Project and Thief: The Metal Age) comes a new stealth adventure game under the OtherSide Entertainment banner.

A few weeks ago, as part of the Triple-I Initiative, OtherSide and publisher Megabit announced the May release date for Thick as Thieves. Today, in their developer walkthrough, while showcasing the early 1900’s alternative history city of Kilcairn, game director Jeff Hickman shared future plans for the game.

The important detail is that the base game will cost $4.99 USD (€4.99/£4.99) and include an introductory campaign that features 16 missions set across 2 maps. You can play through Thick as Thieves solo or with friends, and it’s estimated that this campaign will take at least 4 hours to finish, with 6 pieces of gear to unlock along the way.

The team hopes to get players into the game sooner so that additional content for the setting and story can be informed by how players engage with the game. Make a name for yourself in Kilcairn when Thick as Thieves launches on May 20 for PC via Steam. You can watch the developer walkthrough below, and be sure to wishlist the game on Steam to support the team.
