Ghostrunner: Complete Edition Leaps onto Consoles and PC Today

Since it was released on PC back in October of 2020, the fast-paced single-player parkour action game from One More Level, All In! Games, 3D Realms, and Slipgate Ironworks titled Ghostrunner has garnered quite a positive response from critics and consumers alike. Today, 505 Games and the developers have launched the Complete Edition of Ghostrunner, which contains the main game bundled with the recent Project Hel DLC, all post-launch game modes, and all previously released cosmetic packs that let you customize your katana and glove.

The base game has you scaling the Dharma Tower, humanity’s last shelter in this post-apocalyptic world, as you set out on your mission to kill a cruel tyrant. Perform death-defying jumps and play through challenging levels of one-hit-one-kill combat while bouncing to the beat of Daniel Deluxe’s electronic soundtrack. Project Hel is a prequel expansion that centers around Hel, one of the strongest bosses in the main game.

Once you have gotten used to the combat in the campaign, you can master the gameplay with the post-launch game modes. Race against the clock in Killrun, as you defeat enemies to add seconds to the timer, survive an onslaught of enemies with the help of randomized upgrades in the roguelike Wave Mode, take it easy with helpful boons in Assist Mode, and of course, you can take a break from the action at any time to take stunning shots in the game’s Photo Mode.

Become the katana-wielding daredevil you were meant to be in Ghostrunner: Complete Edition, out today on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Amazon Luna, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. Click here to watch the trailer for the Complete Edition. You can check out the free demo on Steam now and if the $40 price tag is too steep, you can pick up just the base game which is currently on sale on most platforms.
